Your company's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides services designed to help you cope with personal, family, and work problems. PsychWorks, Inc. PsychWorks will connect you with an employee assistance program professional in your area. The EAP professionals are licensed clinicians specially trained in helping employees with workplace issues. EAP can help you find solutions to personal problem, such as: family, marital, and child issues; stress and change; emotional concerns, like depression, anxiety, grief, or anger management; behavioral concerns, like compulsive gambling; job related issues; legal and financial problems; and abuse of alcohol and other drugs. This confidential service is provided to you and members of your immediate family living in your household at no cost to you. Should you and the EAP professional agree that a referral to specialized professional assistance beyond the EAP is needed, you will be responsible for any fees associated with those additional services.
